& Returns

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders will be processed in the order they are received. If an item is out of stock at the time of processing and you are still interested, we will contact you with an estimated availability date. Once the order is confirmed, you will have 3 days to complete the payment. After this period, we will no longer be able to reserve the item.

Please note that the processing time will take approximately 2 weeks, as all our babies are handcrafted in Spain (Europe) with great care and attention to detail. We strive to ensure the highest quality in every piece, which is why production and shipping may take a little longer. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

SHIPPING COSTS

These costs are not included in the prices and are the customer’s responsibility (within Australia). They are as follows:

- Sydney Area: Orders over $200 (excluding taxes) qualify for free shipping. For orders below this amount, shipping costs will vary depending on the order quantity. 

- NSW and Other States: Please inquire about shipping conditions.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns are only accepted for defective items or those that do not match the order. Authorised returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the goods.  Customers must notify us of any issues via email at elbabi@gmail.com. Once the issue has been verified, we will provide instructions for the return process. Return shipping costs and the cost of resending the item will be covered by EL Babi. If the defective item cannot be replaced, the corresponding amount will be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If the return is not due to a defect or an incorrect product, unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to offer returns or refunds for change of mind.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are not available. If you need a different size, you must return the item and place a new order.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is in good condition and unused, we will process the refund using the original payment method.
